SATURDAY 20TH MARCH 2010 - EARL SHILTON CAMERA CLUB SPRING EXHIBITION
HINCKLEY UNITED REFORMED CHURCH, HINCKLEY - 10AM to 2PM
Earl Shilton Camera Club presents its Spring Exhibition at the Hinckley United Reformed Church later this month. On show will be a selection of members prints, projected images and Audio visual presentations. Click here for a map. ***Members*** - Please submit as many prints and digital images as you wish, if you are not attending on the day, please ensure these are submitted to members who are going in the next 2 Wednesdays. For those who are attending please can we have assistance with constructing/dismantling of the exhibition, distribute leaflets, ensure visitors sign the book and give donations.
This week (10th March) sees Peter Brown from the East Midlands AV Group judging our Audio Visual presentations. The members have already submitted their presentations, so should make for an interesting night and hopefully we can learn from Peter's vast experience in this field. Don't forget East Midlands AV Group have their annual Kaleidoscope night on Saturday 13th March, tickets priced at £5/each.
The week after sees a guest speaker, this time its the return of Debroah Brady, who spoke last year and was very well received.
Finally well done to Mike Trigg for winning the latest competition. His image of Nico from our Studio Group was a clear winner in the Open Print Competition. Second was Trevor Wain with his image of a Golden Eagle and third was MArtin Godfrey with his image of a signing Robin.
